Urban Smiles Dental - Cary Dentist

New patient and great visit. This was my first time at Urban Smiles Dental in Cary. What a great experience, from being welcomed by the front desk staff to the hygienist assistant, Alice, taking my x-rays, who did a fantastic job. Lexi, my hygienist, was absolutely awesome. She did my dental cleaning and I have to say this was probably the best dental cleaning I've had. The gum measurements were painless as she did that with care. Lexi was great and I am looking forward to seeing her again for my next cleaning. Thank you Dr. Alam for the exam and good to see you again at your new location. Highly recommend this dentist and the staff. Keep up the great work and customer experience. Great job to everyone!

Kaitlyn, my dental hygienist, was absolutely amazing! She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and shared really helpful tips and information that made me feel confident about my dental care. She was also incredibly kind and efficient when helping me book my next appointment, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, such a great visit—I highly recommend!

I am very thankful for Urban Smiles. The first time I walked into this office the staff was welcoming, professional and made me feel comfortable and at ease, which is not easy for me when I have an appointment with the dentist. The dentist and hygienist always take time to explain the procedures and work together to provide expertise with genuine care. If you are looking for friendly and up to date dental practices, I highly recommend Urban Smiles. Dr. Alem and her team of professionals greet you with their urban smiles and this has changed the way I feel about going to the dentist!! Priceless!

My family has been under Dr. Alam's care for the past 11 years, and I have gladly followed her to her new practice. It's immediately clear how much thought and care she has invested in creating a warm, welcoming environment. Her meticulous attention to detail is evident in everything--from the thoughtfully designed waiting room to the exceptional staff she selects to support her patients. She has built a team and atmosphere dedicated to providing truly exemplary service. The greatest strength of her practice, however, is that she brings her whole self to her work. Dr. Alam is highly qualified, remarkably knowledgeable, and consistently stays up‑to‑date with the latest research to ensure her patients receive the best possible options. Her genuine passion for dentistry shines through in every interaction. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a skilled, professional, approachable, thorough, and compassionate dentist. She always goes above and beyond. I wouldn't--and don't--trust anyone but Dr. Alam with my children's care.

If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further than Urban Smiles! I have had the best dental experience ever since finding this office. As soon as I walk into the (beautiful!!) office, I am warmly greeted by Callie at the front and I never have to wait long before I am called to the back. Gracie is amazing and always makes sure I am comfortable for the entirety of my visits. From the moment I met Dr. Alam, I could clearly see the passion she has not only for her patients, but for her work as well. She is always honest and takes the time to make sure I understand everything. I am so happy to have found this office!
